Ask before jumping into production. I always make sure to ask the right questions that lead us to the right challenges. This first stage includes UX research, competitive analyses, SWOT analysis, stakeholders interviews and consulting.
Problem solving. The task management is set, the roles are designated. This stage includes a detailed brief, lo-fi wireframing, visual boards, brand boards, graphic systems, manifesto, deliverables, methodologies to be used and softwares to be required.
Design and development. Transition from wireframes and prototyping, visual boards and design system into the final design with the desired feedback.
Bringing design to life. Since I'm a designer who can code too, I can work and collaborate with other developers in all stages of production.
Beyond the finish line. A natural process is where the product is always evolving. This stage is for changing/adding/removing features, re-targeting, quality testing, user testing, reporting and metrics.
